Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No, you can book an appointment directly. In fact, When it comes to pain or injury, physiotherapists are often the best place to start. We can identify the root of the problem, rule out anything serious, and guide you toward the most effective treatment for your recovery.

Clinic Accessibility & Parking

Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?

Our clinic is on the second floor without lift access, which may pose difficulties for some clients. We’re always happy to help — if getting to us is a challenge, please let us know. We can explore options together, including online consultations or alternative arrangements to ensure you still receive the care you need. So please contact us directly if this is the case.

Is parking available?
Yes, there’s a pay-and-display car park located directly outside our clinic, offering plenty of convenient parking.

During & After Treatment

Will the treatment hurt?
Some hands-on treatments or exercises may cause mild discomfort, but we’ll always work within your comfort level. You’ll never be pushed beyond what’s safe for your body.

How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your condition and goals. Some people see improvement after a couple of sessions, while others benefit from ongoing treatment. Your physio will outline a clear plan at your first visit.

Can I keep exercising while having physio?
In most cases, yes. We’ll guide you on what’s safe to continue and what to modify. Staying active is often part of recovery, but how much and when is also very important.

We understand that flexibility matters. If an online consultation works better for you, simply contact us directly. — we’ll gladly arrange a time that fits your schedule

What’s your cancellation policy?
We don’t charge a cancellation fee, but we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Do you treat children and older adults?
Yes — we work with clients of all ages, tailoring every treatment to suit individual needs and goals.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Bring any relevant scans, referral letters, or medical notes if you have them.

What happens during my first appointment?

Your first appointment includes a detailed assessment including any relevant past medical history, discussion of your goals, and the start of your treatment plan.

How long are appointments?

Initial appointments for new injuries last 45 minutes. Any necessary follow-up appointments are 40 minutes.

Can I claim through my medical insurance?

Yes. As CORU-registered, Chartered Physiotherapists, we’re recognised by the majority of Irish health insurance providers. We recommend checking your policy directly with your insurer to confirm your level of cover.
